Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns
At Shaiboy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return policy allows returns within 30 days of your order delivery date.
Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note, certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, etc.)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Additional non-returnable items include:
Sale or clearance items
Opened music, DVDs, software, and video games
Items returned in damaged or used condition (for reasons not due to our error)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.
Contact your bank, as they may have processing times for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at support@shaiboymusic.com. To proceed with the exchange, return the item to the following address:

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
